Rescanning channels for Mendip Transmitter

Hi. I have a Humax 9300T and have recently received a notification to rescan due to more switchover changes. I've rescanned but there are some channels still missing, notably Dave.

Does anyone know all the channel numbers for the Mendip transmitter? At the moment I have 48, 52, 54, 56, 58, 61.

Before anyone says - yes I did the whole "disconnect the aerial, go through 100 steps to rescan"!!
