I have a Humax Foxsat -Freesat HD Reeiver but ITV HD does not come up on my channel list . How do I get it?

Got to ITV, and press the red button. It doesn’t have its own channel list.

i cannot get freesat( already built in with the new tv) ( due to no signal)sky side is ok. any thoughts on this… will be getting sky hd+ next week. also still using existing cables(no hdmi cable fitted as yet)and still running through the mark 1 sky box
