Review:
I bought the BT branded version of the iplayer with high expectations, none of which have been met. From the start the reception was poor, I couldn't get all channels, despite checking that I should have good reception. Within a few days it developed a fault causing long delays between a remote instruction and delivery. The simplest task took an age, even scrolling down the list of channels and changing channels. The screen showed the phone ringing, some minutes after I'd ended the call! The helpline was totally unhelpful. They have a permanent ansafone on requesting emails, but they don't answer emails. I'm now trying to get a refund. It's proved more trouble than it's worth.

Review:
BT IPlayer on first viewing very good all round performance and very easy to use, the minus points being no actual display to see which digital channel is on without viewing it on TV or why it cannot be tuned in to a channel and avoid using AV button, i also feel the remote is too minimal and needed more accessable buttons, if i am wrong on any of these points i welcome additional explanations.

I reviewed this box before, a netgem giving it ****. I now have a BT version and it keeps losing channels, suddenly finding none.....no its not my aerial!

i await to see what BT will do about it

Faulty tuner...was this a batch?
