There is a software problem, some channels, mainly ITV3, ITV4 etc do not expand widescreen images into the widescreen. Evidently it needs a software download, but when? A replacement for my broken video recorder and a chance to go digital at the same time. No problem setting it up and the picture quality was amazing. Then it all started to go wrong!! It kept locking up after 3 days, then missed some programmes I had wanted to record, and finally after five days it packed up altogether. I took it back to Bennets who refunded my money without question. I think I will now try a separate box and invest in a DVD recorder. Was this review helpful to you?   (Report this)

Picture is very good on my 30 lcd and i can set up to record another channel whilst watching another . 14 day guide easy to use GREAT just make sure you get cover when the warranty runs out but at 119 at dixons you cant grumble.
