Review:
Hello there,
Have exactly the same problem with this box. Set everything up as per manual....at least 60 times now!!!...and then in auto search it finds absolutley nothing! Changed aerials, changed location of aerials...felt like the Mr Bean scetch after a while....no luck all I have is the menus. Very disapointed and annoyed as it says I am in a PRIME signal area apparently ??? I did catch a glimpse of one or two channels for a couple of seconds on one occasion, and then they disapeared again.
Even tried leaving it unplugged for a week and start from scratch, with the classic..."I just plugged it in and it worked" attitude...nothing!!
Getting to the point where I want to throw this JUNK in the bin !

Review:
Simple to set up and use, not the best maybe, but for £22 it does the job well.

Has good reception (Sutton Coldfield Transmitter is nearby to me) and few dropout problems to date, has 2 Scart sockets, RF in/out, coaxial and an RS 232 Socket (although no mention of it's use in manual)

Software allegedly upgradeable although yet to recieve an update and apply it, a nice feature though.

Well worth a buy if all you are after is a cheap digital receiver to use with an existing TV.
