I have had no problems with it at all. At first it didnt seem to pick up many channels....but I think that was due to my lack of knowledge about it all! Got our box on Christmas eve and it worked without any problems until 2 weeks into January. The box switched itself off and was only able to get it working again if I disconnected then reconnected the power supply. Took this box back and got it exchanged for exactly the same box. This one lasted all of 30 minutes before it turned itself off with no way of powering it up again. The standby light wouldn't even come on! The second box has now also been returned and I am on the hunt again for a decent freeview box. Shame as the software on the box is good but only if you get to use it!
