So far, no problems. I don't much care for the graphic display on the TV Guide which compares unfavourably with the Humax, but the TUCTH100 is quite user friendly and I like the one touch recording facility in TV Guide. Direct Navigator enables you to access your recordings and a sort of pie chart gives you a graphic idea of how much space is left on the HD. The machine is a little sluggish changing channels, and it did record the wrong programme once, but on the whole I have few complaints - so far. My impression is that Panasonic have ironed out many of the bugs |

Currently only surpassed by poor service from our Panasonic dealer. Purchased in April '05, never reliable, frequent retunes, slow to change channels, cut outs etc. Then the hard drive went wrong, unable to access through navigator. Finally digital tuner is going west and has to auto tune every time we want to watch, hopeless! Phoned Panasonic who said they had a 'number' that had gone wrong and it needed to be replaced, dealer insisted needed repair but agreed to replace when they saw how useless it was. Two weeks on no replacement.DON'T BUY ONE. |

I will update this when I get mine fixed or replaced tomorrow.. It is unbelievable to me that they cannot take a standard Video recorder and put a digital receiver in it !!! or put a twin one in their DMRE85HEBSM |
