Review:

Good points: The Humax surpassed all expectations. The TV guide is like Sky and is very interactive and accurate. The channels change quite quickly (for channel hoppers). The picture quality is one of the best I’ve seen. The box is small and non intrusive to the eye. It has two scart connecters at the back. It has a Topup TV slot (very rare on a good box and very important!!). The remote can be used around corners. So you don’t need to stand right in front of the box to change the channel, only, I did read that someone thought the remote looked and felt cheap? It doesn’t have a logo on it, but apart from that, all is good?!

Bad points: The software only develops a problem when Topup TV switches off. An example, you’re watching Cartoon Network, the channel switches off, and, as if you don’t have a valid TV card, you can’t watch the other Topup TV channels. MY TIP! You need to switch the box off and let it reset. After that it works fine! OR! Don’t stay on a Topup TV channel!
