There is no way of finding out why I can’t get ITV3
Please tell me why I can’t get it on my BT Vision

  • I was promised by BT at the beginning of September that my package would include Eurosport by the end of September. I’ve heard noithing since and as I am a keen tennis fan I shall definitely change to SKY if this promise by BT is not fulfilled.

There are a number of sport channels now but as far as I am concerned they are mostly useless.

the ITV channels are listed as available on BT Vision are ITV 1,2,3 and 4 what about ITV Encore and ITVBe?
I currently have freeview which means I can get ITV 1,2,3,4 and Be and the plus one channels (which by the way do not work!)
does this mean that BT Vision does NOT have ITV Be or ITV Encore? (yes I am THAT dumb I’m a mentally subnormal freak without a flaming clue so do me a big giant favour and dumb your responses down ok?)
