Just got PPF installed – how do I take care of this thing?

So I finally bit the bullet and got full PPF on my car, and honestly it looks incredible. The shop did a really nice job, no visible seams or edges, and the gloss is even better than I expected. But now I’m kind of paranoid about messing it up because I’ve never had PPF before and I don’t want to ruin it with bad washing habits. I’ve been reading about what you should and shouldn’t do, and apparently it’s not as simple as just washing the car like normal. Some people say you should wait a few days before washing it at all, others say it’s fine right away. I’ve also read that you shouldn’t use any wax or sealant on PPF because it can actually damage the film, but then I’ve seen people who still apply ceramic coatings on top. I’m also worried about pressure washers because I’ve heard if you get too close with the nozzle you can lift the edges. I know I’m probably overthinking this but I spent a lot of money on this and I want to make sure it lasts.
