Determine a person’s location

I only have a mobile number, but I don’t know the address or social media accounts of one person.
Is there any way to determine their current location or at least find out the city or region by their number?

Sometimes it’s possible to find out only basic information, such as the country or sometimes the region where the number was originally registered, using reverse phone number lookup services. However, even this isn’t always reliable, as many people keep their number when moving to another city or even another country. If you’re trying to track the location of a relative (for example, a child or an elderly family member), specialized monitoring apps installed on the device are usually used.
