This week, I ordered a replacement Windows 7 computer. I got some extras such as a medium size monitor and a black keyboard and a mouse. I connected the computer RGB and HDMI to a 32″ TV instead. I switched to a wide white keyboard. I got connected to the Internet when I used an existing connection to an Ethernet cable input. I reset the modem and then Internet Explorer started accessing websites. I got several IE loading errors until I could download the Opera GX browser and switch to that. I’m now hoping to install other browsers soon.
Visiting this forum mean switching off consents about 60 times then disabling the cookies.
The first login attempt didn’t access the Captcha setup so I tried again and selected the different items displayed, so I could use the forum again.
I paid over £40 including the delivery, yet I must reinstall useful programs yet again…
https://www.ebay.co.uk/e/coupon-offers/rise20-1108
RISE20 is the 20% discount code.
Minimum order £10 and maximum discount £75, ending 21st August 2025.
Beyond the limited nowtv entertainment channels, I have a Sky card and a reduced non Sky channels subscription of £10 a month. I can record free channels to the Sky+HD 2TB set-top box.
Otherwise, I’d test what the ROKU box apps can find for me. Services such as ITVX content include major TV series as complete box sets.
Sky offers the Supergirl TV series as separate seasons and the 6 seasons. A lot of episodes can cost a lot of money but home watching the same episodes is still possible. Mind you, there were crossover episodes on Arrow and The Flash…
In recent months, some Internet websites have stopped the free services so they create sabotage quite quickly by doing this.
I tested a new free web hosting service. Within 2 weeks of inactivity the first threat came to suspend the service and days later the next threat was closing the account. I can’t maintain a website service on a weekly basic so what’s the point of such offers?
At the other level, I have a website that’s still free and active after 20 years. This angelfire website has helped me test a few images and web pages and can upload 10 at a time.
The HTML Validator Lite program helps with the tidy-ups for HTML codes and commands.
A web page has HTML commands and I access this view using Ctrl and U. I can edit so many commands doing these things…
http://www.nowtv.com Prior to the nowtv entertainment cancellation I got an extended 6-month subscription for £5 a month. I save £30 again if this is the best deal I can get. I can check my other nowtv accounts to discover any better offer…
This ends on Thursday, 7th August 2025.
It’s useful to check changes on websites and separate web pages.
It could help tell us about price changes…
Or forum updates.
The Morrisons website hasn’t sent me discount codes. I switched to Ocado, Amazon Prime, and Prime’s Groceries for their Morrisons or Co-Op deals. I used their discounts instead.
I checked Google search results for discounts. Morrisons’ website offers us a new customer code NEW15. That’s why I registered with a new account and used the code at Morrisons’ checkout for a £60 order and tomorrow’s £1.50 delivery. So August 2025 starts with a new way to save £15-£1.50, even if just to stock up and subscribe to emails.

:31st July 2025:
The Atlasformen email offered another 3 for 2 discount, so I completed an order and then started a second order, and that’s how I saved over £20 today.
The Amazon Prime 7-day trial for £0.99 is still valid, and I received a £15 discount on my £60 order today. The prices are sometimes higher than the Morrisons’ website, so the £15 is reduced by those higher prices. Even so, I’m not receiving their website discounts, and this becomes the alternative way to save and still get free delivery tomorrow. After the delivery, I may save £0.50 if I cancel Amazon Prime before the 7-day offer ends.

http://www.groceries.morrisons.comI checked the discount for Amazon Groceries. Spend £85 to get £15 off. Nope, that didn’t work even though the end date was the end of July. So I reduced the order to over £45 to get free delivery today. I had previously signed up for a 7-day trial for 99p. Having failed to secure a valid discount, I checked for a collection discount at a local store. I saved £3 using the code 3OFFPICKUP. So that worked when I ordered some USB drives. I’ll visit the store on Monday.
I noticed a new email for another Atlasformen website deal. Order 3 items for the price of 2. It’s another option, but this deal applies to the first item ordered, not to the others. So it pays to order the more expensive item. Get the maximum discount, such as £20 off a £60 order.
The Ocado delivery arrived. The bill was reduced by £6 because of missing items. I returned all the bags and was refunded £1. The final bill was £55 instead.
The Discount Experts website offered a £5 discount MISSYOU code. I bought a 61-key piano keyboard with delivery for £20.
(I may sell it on eBay for £2,000, then again, maybe I won’t…)
The Atlasformen website is selling men’s short-sleeve Summer t-shirts as low as £1.70 when you buy a pack of 4 for less than £7. Check the size options!
During my visit to the Amazon website, I noticed a £3 pickup discount when we order and arrange delivery at a local collection store.
Orders sold and delivered by Amazon, using code 3OFFPICKUP, and checking the checkout applies that discount before completing the order.
The code may work for different accounts, but it must be confirmed with the checkout web page details, such as for small orders, from £10 to £20.

I received another £5 Prime Video credit thanks to a different account.
Some films are offered for £2.50 rentals rather than over £4, so there’s a chance of watching 2 films.
I’ve already seen the first film on the 4K Smart TV.
The email itself was OK for me to sign in and watch the rented film without a Prime Video subscription.

I managed to save over £35 on multiple orders and received free delivery for tomorrow. The voucher code I used only gave me a £20 maximum discount. So I saved about £55 for this Ocado website deal. The order decreased to about £60 and can be followed with another order later this week using the next voucher code.
I set up the address and payment details to get them approved. I adjusted the order when some items were unavailable. Many items were above my usual Best Buy prices, so I didn’t get any of these. I liked the various Tango fizzy drinks, even though they cost more than the Morrisons supermarket brand.
By cancelling the Amazon Prime offer of 99p for 7 days, I will get a 50p refund soon.
I got £5 Amazon Prime Video credits for 2 separate accounts.
I received an Ocado offer for 5 shop orders of £60, yet I could save £80… and get free delivery for 3 months.
14 July 2025 at 9:44 pm in reply to: Netgem TV’s Netbox adding 15 more Netgem TV Channels soon. #488310 channels get added in the Extra Channels section for the Netbox set-top box. So these may benefit from a retune.
As for Freeview TV, the GREAT! Channels 34 and 50 switch with each other, so a retune is required on Wednesday, 16th July 2025.
