DAB – Digital Audio Broadcasting, represents the next generation of radio receivers, offering better quality than FM (with less interference), and a greater choice of radio listening.
DAB is available throughout Essex. With a DAB radio, you can receive a wider range of stations than you can with just FM, and you can receive stations that are normally only found on medium wave, in much better, stereo, quality. The choice of radio listening in Essex has grown over the last couple of years, and the cost of owning a special receiver capable of receiving DAB has fallen, making the move to DAB more attractive to radio listeners.

1. What about DAB + ?
What is DAB + ? Is it a different frequency band?
2. I bought 2 Pure Radios on Ebay . Pure Evoke Flow. They had a display that fades and is useless. So I had to replace those displays.
3. Now pure have discontinued the ap that makes the Internet radio work, which is the whole reason I bought the radios.
3. I don’t think Pure have any idea of the concept of radios. They are not a gadget like mobile phones.
People still have Medium and short wave radios. I will neaver buy a radio from Pure again.
